PARENT/GUARDIAN INVOLVEMENT

Parents and guardians of high school seniors are required to participate in all session communications and attend the session. Family members are always welcome to join, but attendance is not required.

CHILD PRIVACY

To protect children’s privacy, I do not share identifiable photos of anyone under 15 years old. Tiny hands, little feet, cuddles, and special moments may still be featured while keeping identities private.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required before images or products are delivered. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and Cash App. Checks should be made payable to Katy Parker. Returned checks may be subject to a fee.

LATE ARRIVALS & RESCHEDULING

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in less session time, and refunds will not be provided for missed time. If weather or conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, your session may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion. Any payments made will transfer to the new session date.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of any deposit or retainer paid. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible.

TRAVEL

Sessions within 30 miles of Quenemo, Kansas are included in the session price. Additional travel may require a travel fee, which will always be discussed before booking.

PHOTO DELIVERY

Edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within 5 weeks of your session. Raw, unedited images are not included and will not be provided.

IMAGE USAGE

Wild Cedar Photography may use images from your session for social media, advertising, website content, portfolio displays, and other promotional purposes. If you would prefer your images remain private, please notify the photographer in writing before your session.

SESSION COOPERATION

The photographer is not responsible for uncooperative children, pets, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond their control that may affect the variety or outcome of images captured.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In the unlikely event of illness, emergency, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond the photographer’s control, liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
